HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our operations and leadership teams in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading veterinary services provider and make a meaningful impact on our business.

As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic advice and guidance to our leaders on people-related matters, using data and analytics to inform decision-making.

You will work closely with our Talent Partners to develop effective workforce planning and attraction strategies, and coach leaders to make decisions that drive positive outcomes for colleague engagement and retention.

This role requires strong relationship-building and influencing skills, as well as the ability to navigate a clinical environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advice and guidance to leaders on people-related matters
  • Developing and implementing effective workforce planning and attraction strategies
  • Coaching leaders to make decisions that drive positive outcomes for colleague engagement and retention
  • Working closely with the Talent Partners to support business objectives

This is a 50/50 split between home-based and travel, with occasional trips to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. The successful candidate must be based in Scotland, ideally in the Central Belt.

We are looking for someone with experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a clinical environment, and the ability to coach leaders in people management.
