Job Description

Cammach Bryant is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. As an integral member of our HR team, you will provide support to the business across both UK and Netherlands, focusing on the provision of HR advice, processes, policies, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Advisory Services: Provide professional advice to managers, employees, and the broader HR team on HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • HR Inbox Management: Manage the HR Inbox, responding to day-to-day queries and escalating as needed.
  • HR Processes: Develop and implement HR processes, including contract production, data management, reference requests, organization chart production, and other regular coordination activities.
  • Financial Management: Manage invoices in SAP, POs, and PRs, ensuring timely payment and sufficient funds for payment.
  • ER Case Management: Support ER case management, absence management tracking, learning & development administration, management of contractual changes, resourcing process administration, and performance improvement/management.
  • Workday Management: Support the headcount process, tracking approvals, and raising requisitions in Workday to support the resourcing process.
  • Data Analysis: Provide accurate and timely HR data, analysis, and insights, ensuring it is easily understood by others.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify, plan, and execute continuous improvement projects to implement efficiencies in processes.
  • Payroll and Expenses: Support payroll processing and administration, expenses process, and provide backup and cover for other team roles and activities.
  • HR Communications: Support with HR communications sent out to the business.
  • HR Pipeline Management: Work across the team to ensure HR Pipeline pages related to HR are kept up to date.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Certification: CIPD certification or working towards.
  • Experience: HR Graduate with a number of years HR generalist or specialist experience.
  • Skills: Demonstrable relationship and HR advisory skills, robust knowledge of applicable HR regulation and standards, excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, experienced Workday user, and experienced SAP user.
