Care and Support Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at one of our care homes. The focus is on providing excellent care services, including long-term, short-term, convalescence, respite, or palliative care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, take responsibility for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of our residents.
  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality.
Requirements:
  • Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities and the ability to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
  • The willingness to attend safeguarding training and additional training in associated areas.
