Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Wigan. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including challenging behavior, mild learning disabilities, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
