About The Role

Servoca Nursing & Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in various settings across the Wigan area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with diverse needs, including autism, mental health, disabilities, and challenging behaviors.

We offer flexible working patterns to suit your preferences and location, with no requirement to drive. Our Support Workers enjoy competitive pay rates starting from £11.50 per hour, plus holiday pay, and the opportunity to develop their skills through comprehensive refresher training and personal development courses.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism, mental health, disabilities, and challenging behaviors in various settings
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and aid service users to live a happy and fulfilling life
  • Work in a dynamic and fast-growing healthcare recruitment company that prioritizes continuity of care and professional service
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 12 months paid healthcare experience in the last 3 years and a passion for care that matches ours. You will also benefit from:
