We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team on nights at Willing Care. The ideal candidate will have experience in a nursing home environment, with a passion for elderly care and hold relevant nursing qualifications such as RGN, RMN, or RNLD.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts
- Administer medication and treatments according to individual care plans
- Monitor and assess residents' health and update care records as necessary
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a person-centered approach to care
- Support and mentor care assistants to deliver exceptional care to residents
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Valid NMC PIN and nursing qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- Previous experience in a nursing home setting
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
