We are seeking an Organisational Excellence Specialist to join our professional services business in Solihull. This is a strategic role focusing on designing, reviewing and implementing new policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic objectives.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement HR frameworks that support the company's long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures that adhere to best practices and employment regulations.
  • Preparing detailed monthly reports for management.
  • Coordinating health and safety programs to reduce risk and promote a healthier workplace.
  • Managing a team of 6 staff, offering support and training while coordinating coverage for holidays and absences.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role within a professional services organisation.
  • Strong data and reporting skills.
  • A high degree of self-management and initiative.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
What We Offer:
  • 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday
  • Travel to Birmingham 1 day per week

Estimated Salary: £62,000 - £82,000 per year
