Site Manager for Anglian Water Framework

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to work on the Anglian Water Framework in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of supervisors, delivery teams, and sub-contractors on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of projects by proactively managing site-based Supervisors and Delivery Teams ensuring safety, quality, and high performance.
  • Responsible for delivery of projects in line with tender allowances and agreed programmes of work.
  • Proactively support planning responsibilities to ensure initiatives are implemented with minimal disruption.

You will also be accountable for SHEQ performance of projects, including undertaking and recording findings of periodic SHEQ visits. Additionally, you will be responsible for procurement of plant, materials, and specialist subcontractors using an appropriate financial management accounting system to ensure projects are delivered within tender allowances.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Sub Agent or Site Manager for a main contractor is essential.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Water industry is required.
  • A SMSTS and CSCS certification is necessary.
  • A Full UK Driving License is also required.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
