Support Worker in Deaf Residential Care

We are looking for a highly motivated and caring Support Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting young adults who are profoundly deaf in a residential home setting in Mid Devon.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and working closely with other local organisations and services to provide activities and support.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding care and support to individuals with hearing loss.
About the TeamYou will be part of a close-knit team that provides 24/7 support to our residents. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Requirements- No prior experience required, training provided
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals who use British Sign Language (BSL)
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
- Competitive salary: £25,500 - £28,000 per annum
