Care and Support Worker

We are seeking a Care and Support Worker to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care Taunton. As a female candidate, you will work in a variety of settings providing complex care to vulnerable adults.
About the Role:
- Work as part of a close-knit team providing care and support to individuals in their own homes or within residential settings.
- Deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of each individual, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Salary Information:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £13.11 per hour to £19.67 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications. This equates to approximately £2,741.60 per month (based on a 37-hour week) and £33,113.20 per annum.
