Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Production / Operations Team Leader to join their food production site in Paddock Wood.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a background in production, engineering or manufacturing. They will be responsible for overseeing onsite production, ensuring Health & Safety and Quality tasks are met.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career with training to enhance your skillset and develop long term. You will work 4 days on, 4 days off (7am - 7pm) and receive competitive pay, which is estimated at £38,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onsite production team
  • Ensure Health & Safety and Quality tasks are met
  • Develop and implement effective production processes
