Project Lead

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to manage programme delivery within our Programmes & Change team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Agile Project Management and experience working in fast-paced environments.
The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects within defined timelines, budgets, and scopes.
A key aspect of this role is managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
This position requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing project plans and schedules
- Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders
- Monitoring and controlling project costs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

We estimate that the salary for this role is around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum depending on experience.
