Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at RCQ Associates - Financial Markets Specialists. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing omni-channel product and channel marketing strategies to improve competitive positioning, increase product brand awareness, and provide educational support for index-linked products and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive market share, revenue, and leads by connecting marketing activities to commercial outcomes, collaborating with European commercial teams and clients to promote index solutions.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to transparent metrics analysis to support decision-making for the team and business leaders.
  • Oversee marketing activities across the full marketing mix, including events (hosted and third-party), ensuring accountability for outcomes and deliverables.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing by managing relationships with key partners and clients, optimizing marketing efforts.
  • Lead event programming, digital campaigns, content marketing, and performance analysis to support commercial goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of financial markets experience ideally gained with an asset management or similar organization. Strong Marketing background with proven experience executing across the full marketing mix. Well-versed in industry dynamics and regulatory landscape. Knowledge of ESG/Sustainability is advantageous.
  • You must be fluent in English, other European languages an advantage (German preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred).
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a track record of driving measurable and significant results. Must possess strong and effective written skills with the ability to deliver impactful communications tailored to audiences.
  • Proven to be detail-oriented and possess a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, including events and time-driven activations.
