Health & Safety Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Manager to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for leading best practice in health and safety across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Act as Company Health & Safety expert, supporting the creation, implementation, development, monitoring, and review of safety arrangements.

* Monitor and enforce relevant safety rules and statutory safety requirements.

* Develop and implement safety initiatives to promote a culture of safety within the organization.

* Collaborate with external advisors to ensure the business is working to current best practice for health and safety.

* Chair the Safety Committee and report to management.

* Conduct in-house auditing of H&S systems and provide training to ensure compliance.
