In this exciting role as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of pharmacy services.

About this role:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to patients and healthcare professionals, leveraging your advanced knowledge and skills
  • Drive pharmacy strategy and innovation, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing solutions to address complex challenges
  • Accountable for leading clinical audits and risk assessments, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety
  • Develop and implement training programs for pharmacy staff, enhancing their skills and confidence in delivering exceptional patient care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based guidelines and protocols, driving improved patient outcomes
  • Staying at the forefront of industry developments, you will be expected to contribute to the development of pharmacy services and participate in professional networks

What you'll need to have:

  • Advanced knowledge and skills in pharmacy practice, including prescription management and medicines optimization
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on patient outcomes
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, able to inspire and motivate others to achieve shared goals
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
