Job Title: Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to support an individual recovering from a brain injury, focusing on participation in outdoor and physical activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness and the outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Clinical Rehabilitation Support: Conduct physical and cognitive therapy programs as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  2. Fitness and Outdoor Activity Support:
    • Rock climbing
  3. Cognitive Stimulation: Engage in activities and exercises designed to enhance cognitive recovery.
  4. Social and Recreational Activities: Facilitate outings and activities promoting well-being.
  5. Medication Management: Administer medications and ensure adherence to medical treatment plans.
  6. Progress Monitoring: Keep detailed records of progress and liaise with healthcare professionals as needed.
  7. Emotional Support: Provide motivation, encouragement, and companionship throughout the rehabilitation process.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Ideally experience in rehabilitation, brain injury care, or a related healthcare role.
  2. Skills: Understanding of physical and cognitive rehabilitation techniques, focusing on supporting active and outdoor pursuits.
  3. Driver's License: A valid UK driver's license is required for transportation to appointments and activities.
