INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civils Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Civils Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing civil site teams and ensuring that projects are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage junior engineers and site staff
  • Regularly check site drawings and specifications
  • Manage plant, machinery, and equipment
  • Ensure all staff adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Complete site works to a high-quality standard
  • Maintain site diaries and paperwork
  • Complete toolbox talks with site teams
  • Ensure all staff receive site inductions
  • Attend site meetings
  • Liaise with clients, consultancies, and the public
  • Provide reports to senior management
Requirements:
  • Civil Engineer degree
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to multitask and highly organized
  • Able to work within a team and individually
  • Experience working on civil projects
  • Setting out knowledge
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office
  • Full driving license
