Civil Engineering Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at INFORM3. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with experience in overseeing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage each project to ensure requirements and deadlines are achieved
  • Manage Project Managers and Site Management teams
  • Select sub-contractor teams
  • Attend each project regularly, checking on progress and quality
  • Gather regular reports from Site Management
  • Conduct regular meetings with Site Management
  • Be the point of contact for the Client, ensuring all their requirements are exceeded
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations
  • Ensure that every site member adheres to a strict code of health & safety
  • Attend Senior Management meetings

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree
  • 10 years plus experience
  • Able to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Able to work individually and manage several civil teams
  • Extremely motivated and hardworking
  • Expert analytical and decision-making skills
  • Technical and practical knowledge of the Civil Engineering industry
  • Full understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and regulation
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Full Driving License
