Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at AGM Construction Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering project management and a proven track record of delivering complex projects within time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication, coordination, and collaboration among team members.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring project deliverables align with expectations.
  • Budget and Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and implement cost-saving strategies when necessary.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project activities meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiency in project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the civil engineering sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • A commitment to safety and quality.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications a plus.
