We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Production Operative to join our team at the Tyre Factory in Bourne, Lincs.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for scanning and checking labels, working closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment, and assisting in maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Scanning and checking labels
- Working closely with the warehouse team
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Own transport for commuting to work
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (mornings, afternoons and night shifts)
- Strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
- Experience in a warehouse environment
- Free car park
- Monthly attendance bonus £150
- Weekly pay
