Warehouse Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at a busy tyre manufacturing factory in Bourne, Lincolnshire. This is a hands-on role where you will be part of a fast-paced team ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high-quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual checks of tyre casings as part of the production process.
- Operate the diagnostic machine used in the casing inspection process.
- Ensure tyre quality meets company standards throughout production.
- Move and organise casings; this is a physically demanding role.
- While an FLT licence is preferred, training can be provided for the right candidate.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, no weekends. Rotating shifts: 6 am - 2 pm and 2 pm - 10 pm.
Salary:
£11.47 per hour. Overtime: £17.21 per hour. Monthly attendance bonus: £150 (equivalent to an extra £0.87 per hour).
