Patient-Centered Care Approach

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team, who is passionate about providing patient-centered care and treatment to adult women with complex mental health needs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and treatment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality psychiatric assessments and care planning for patients admitted to the hospital
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and treatment outcomes
  • Contribute to service development and governance processes, including quality improvement work
  • Built positive relationships with external stakeholders, such as NHS England case managers
  • Participate in on-call duties and provide support to colleagues when needed
