About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Contract Delivery Recruiter to join our Defence contracting team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering qualified candidates to our biggest Defence client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with candidates within the Aerospace/Defence market through our CRM, job boards, social media, and industry-specific channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs, providing guidance on best hiring practices and market trends.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various sectors.
Requirements
  • Mid to senior-level recruiter with experience consistently filling Contract roles within the Aerospace, Defence, or Engineering industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for finding and securing top talent.
