Senior Contract Delivery Recruiter – Aerospace/Defence

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Delivery Recruiter to join our team at Outsource UK. As a key member of our Defence contracting team, you will be responsible for delivering qualified candidates to our biggest Defence client.
As a Senior Contract Delivery Recruiter, you will have a passion for eliminating privilege, bias, and inequality in talent engagement. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop innovative recruitment strategies and promote Outsource UK as an employer of choice.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with candidates within your specialist market through our CRM, job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific channels. You will conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit in relation to the role.
You will partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs, providing guidance on best hiring practices and market trends. You will maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
You will develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across a variety of sectors. You will promote Outsource UK as an employer of choice through social media, industry events, and community engagement.
You will utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a mid to senior-level recruiter with experience consistently filling Contract roles within the Aerospace, Defence, or Engineering industry. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
You will be self-motivated and proactive with a passion for finding and securing top talent. You will have a strong understanding of the Defence industry and its requirements.
