About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Delivery Recruiter to join our Defence contracting team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering qualified candidates to our biggest Defence client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with candidates within your specialist market through our CRM, job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific channels.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across a variety of sectors.
  • Promote Outsource UK as an employer of choice through social media, industry events, and community engagement.
  • Utilise data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process.
What We're Looking For
  • Mid to senior-level recruiter with experience consistently filling Contract roles within the Aerospace, Defence, or Engineering industry.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for finding and securing top talent.
