Service Specialist - Pest Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build and retain relationships with our customers, including global brands.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to ensure effective client engagement.
  • Take responsibility for controlling and eradicating pests using expert knowledge and techniques.
  • Develop creative problem-solving skills to offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Deliver high-quality verbal and written reports to clients using the latest Apple technology.
  • Manage your own workload efficiently by planning your diary effectively.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels to provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Proactively and reactively approach tasks to meet client needs.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary starting from £24,525, up to £28,000, dependent on experience.
  • An additional £1,750 London Weighting Allowance for M25 area residents.
