About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at RGB London. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality structural engineering projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget management.
  2. Develop and implement effective business management systems to drive project efficiency and quality.
  3. Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative engineering solutions.
  5. Ensure technical compliance with regulatory standards and company quality management procedures.
  6. Contribute to the development of company policies and procedures related to engineering and project management.

Requirements

  1. Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, Membership in IStructE or another relevant professional body.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultancy environment, with a strong track record of delivering complex structural engineering projects.
  3. Excellent knowledge of UK structural engineering design standards and Eurocodes.
  4. Proven ability in engineering design, reporting, and project management.
  5. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
