About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum and is based at one of our acute hospitals.

As a Pharmacy Medicines Specialist, you will work closely with the medicines management team to provide a highly efficient medicines management service to various wards within the Acute, Medicine, Care of the Elderly, and Women's and Children's departments.

Your responsibilities will include promoting safe, efficient, and cost-effective use of medicines at ward level, supporting the expansion of the medicines management pharmacy technician service, and participating in audits relating to medicines management.
