The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in culinary arts and restaurant management, with a passion for food safety and quality. As the Executive Culinary Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation while fostering a positive and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Implement and maintain food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff, promoting professional development within the team.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the culinary or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.

Salary: £32,500 per year
