Lead a Dynamic Kitchen Team as Senior Culinary Chef

We are seeking a motivated and creative Senior Culinary Chef to lead our kitchen team at The Hand and Trumpet, a family of 79 pubs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will drive food culture, develop skills through on-the-job training and leadership courses, and contribute to the success of our business.

A competitive salary of up to £32,000, plus tronc (tips paid into your bank), is offered to successful candidates. You will also receive paid overtime, free meals on shift, choose from the menu, and a 30% discount on food and drinks across B&P and our group, including wagamama.

In this role, you will manage kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food and efficient service. You will innovate new dishes and menus to drive food culture and customer engagement, mentor junior chefs, and collaborate with the Head Chef to achieve kitchen goals and objectives.
