As a seasoned culinary professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, overseeing kitchen operations, and mentoring a talented team of chefs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing the kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Developing and designing innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Implementing and maintaining food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimise kitchen efficiency.
• Training, supervising, and mentoring kitchen staff, promoting professional development within the team.
• Collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
