Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Patient Pathway Support Clerk to join our team at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. As a Patient Pathway Support Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, providing exceptional customer service, and communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of an efficient, high-quality medical records service across the Planned and Surgical Care Directorate. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and inclusive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Meet deadlines on a daily basis
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English Grade C or above
  • Experience of working with IT software systems
  • Higher Education
  • Previous experience of working within the NHS
  • Previous experience of working on a reception desk
What We Offer
