Medical Supplies Technician

Purpose:
Join PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd. as a Pharmacy Technician in the hospital setting. This dynamic role requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, able to provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities and Duties- Core Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, maintain, and issue stock according to company SOPs.
- Carry out date checking and cleaning procedures according to company SOPs, ensuring adequate records are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to promote Essential/Enhanced/Advanced Services in accordance with company SOPs.
- Participate in the sale of medicines and other merchandise when required.
- Perform additional duties in the absence of a manager, taking on extra responsibilities as a registered professional.
- Essential qualifications: NVQ level 3 – Pharmacy Technician
- Registration requirement: GPhC registration is necessary for this role
- Skills and abilities: Up-to-date knowledge of all statutory regulations, ability to accurately handle medicines, prioritise workload, and self-motivation.
- Estimated hourly rate: £15.50
- Benefits package: 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 days with length of service, GPhC fees paid, company pension scheme, life assurance, and employee discounts programme.
