Key Responsibilities

As an Asset Care Technician, you will maintain facilities and generation assets according to Mercury policies, environmental principles, and client requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining facilities and generation assets to meet client and market needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified, experienced Electrical tradespeople with high voltage plant experience.
  • Experience with HV testing.
  • New Zealand certificate in electrical supply (Power Technician) level 5 is an advantage.
  • Desirable experience in electrical maintenance of geothermal/hydro generation assets.
