Nursing and Midwifery Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled nursing professional to join our team as a leader in patient care delivery. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing care needs, evaluating care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
The successful candidate will have managerial responsibility for the area in the absence of the Senior Charge Nurse/Team Manager, including supervision and deployment of staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining both clinical and staff governance.

This role requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. If you do not currently hold this, you will need to apply to Disclosure Scotland and meet the required regulatory standards before starting in post.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
