Location: St Clare Hospice Shop

Salary: £15,212.61 – £15,983.10 per annum

Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Overview of the Role

St Clare Hospice is a non-profit organization that provides palliative care services to patients and families in West Essex and East Hertfordshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to join St Clare Hospice Retail and develop your management skills in a fast-paced charity retail environment.

The shop is a popular destination for local shoppers and donors, and we are seeking a skilled retail professional to work with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize income through effective retail gift aid processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  3. Manage retail gift aid processing to maximize income and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  4. Collaborate with staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets and improve customer engagement.
