About the Role: We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our school community in Crosby. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide targeted support for pupils, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities include providing 1:1 and small group support to students with diverse learning needs, assisting in implementing individual education plans (IEPs), and collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to monitor and report on student progress. A caring and positive attitude is essential, along with strong communication, patience, and adaptability in addressing a variety of learning needs.

We offer an attractive salary range of GBP90-GBP100 per day, making this an excellent opportunity for those passionate about education and supporting students to thrive.
