Career Opportunity in Disability Allowance Assessment

We are seeking experienced nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, or paramedics to join our team of Assessment Specialists. As an Assessment Specialist, you will work independently, conducting assessments for claimants of the Government's disability allowance (Personal Independence Payment).

Your responsibilities will include conducting initial reviews, paper-based, face-to-face, video, or telephone assessments to evaluate how a claimant's health condition or disability affects their daily life. You will create comprehensive reports detailing an individual's ability to perform activities while analyzing and interpreting clinical information and supporting evidence.

Development Opportunities

You will have access to a comprehensive training program, including a 12-week intensive course, self-development learning, and close mentorship throughout your development. Our goal is to support your growth and success in this role.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £38,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time), plus a 5% retention bonus. On achieving remote approved status, your salary will increase to £39,900, and up to 10% bonus. On achieving face-to-face delivery, your salary will increase to £41,500, plus up to 10% bonus.
