We're looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality service to residents. This physically demanding role requires you to work outdoors year-round, in all weather conditions, while maintaining accurate records and sharing best practices to continuously improve our service. You will also need:
- Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
- Ideally hold NPTC or Lantra qualifications in brush cutter, pedestrian mower, ride-on mower, hedge cutter, and PA1 and PA6 for pesticide spraying (training available)
- A strong understanding of health and safety and COSHH requirements
- To be comfortable with basic IT and mobile devices (training provided)
- To be punctual, with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Hold a full, clean driving license (van sharing in most cases)
- Build relationships based on trust and respect and serve as a great ambassador for Bromford.
This is a mobile role covering Burntwood and surrounding areas, so you'll be traveling extensively. Be sure you live close enough to easily cover these areas.
Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check will be required to ensure a secure environment.
