Job Role: Site Services Technician

At Ethero, we are seeking a skilled Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Site Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting routine checks of plant water, operating the cooling towers, and performing general maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine checks of plant water on an hourly/daily/weekly basis
• Operate the cooling towers, including sampling, replenishment of chemicals, and using escalation procedures in the event of a failure
• Perform general maintenance and DIY tasks as needed around the facility
• Maintain site trailers to ensure they are roadworthy
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
• Complete all necessary administration accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Possess site maintenance and DIY skills
• Be able to operate a tractor and trailer unit with confidence
• Have excellent verbal and written skills
• Be a good communicator
• Be able to observe and record accurately
• Possess problem-solving skills
• Ideally have worked in a similar environment and be aware of legislative requirements
