About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Support Specialist to join our WR operations Asset health team in Norfolk.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting operational teams to deliver best practice techniques to Maintenance and treatment technicians.

You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team to investigate asset failures and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting operational teams to deliver best practice techniques
  • Investigating asset failures and root causes
  • Providing technical assistance to operational managers

Requirements

  • Suitable technical qualifications in a relevant maintenance discipline coupled with practical experience of fault finding and improvement of mechanical and electrical assets
  • Excellent communication skills to build excellent customer relationships
  • A good understanding and knowledge of Health & Safety
