Role Overview:

The Maintenance Support Specialist will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, managing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a 1-year maternity cover position that requires a highly organised and proactive individual who can multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption.
  2. Manage property maintenance contracts and renewals, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively.
  3. Liaise with clients and contractors, handling queries and scheduling access.
  4. Track job progress, update logs, and inform clients of any changes or updates.
  5. Prepare quotations, raise purchase orders, and chase invoices, as well as perform general administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in maintenance, construction, or property sectors.
  2. Strong customer service and organisational skills.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  4. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
