Maintenance Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our hotel maintenance team as a Maintenance Support Specialist.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time position based in London.
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair Work
- Carrying out regular maintenance and repair work on the hotel's equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Responding promptly to any maintenance requests or emergencies, and addressing them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Managing inventory levels of spare parts and materials to ensure that they are sufficient to meet the needs of the hotel.
- Working collaboratively with other members of the hotel team to ensure that maintenance work is carried out efficiently and effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous Experience
- Previous experience working in a maintenance role in a hotel or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external contractors.
