Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Control Manager to lead our balance sheet reconciliation project on new software. This role involves developing insightful commentary and identifying risks and opportunities within the balance sheet for board reporting purposes.

  • Managing balance sheet reconciliations on new software.
  • Collaborating with the group internal audit function to optimise the control environment.
  • Becoming a key user and administrator of all financial reporting and accounting IT systems and controls.
  • Liaising with the tax manager for coverage and support.

The Ideal Candidate

A formal accountancy qualification, such as ACA or ACCA, is necessary for this position. The ability to develop and improve finance systems will also be beneficial.

Annual Salary: circa £70,000
