About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content and graphics to support the Local Government Association's brand and marketing efforts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy to enhance the association's online presence and brand awareness.
  • Design and produce high-quality digital graphics, animations, and illustrations to support marketing campaigns and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging digital content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Manage the association's website and digital platforms to ensure they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and compliant with accessibility standards.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize digital content accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain a suite of presentation and report templates to support the association's design quality and readability standards.
About You

We are looking for a creative and innovative individual with a background in digital media, graphic design, and content production. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a B2B or corporate communications context and be able to promote ideas and influence initiatives both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a flexible and adaptable working style, with a strong understanding of the external factors that impact on the association's objectives.
