About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Make Up & Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Tom Ford Beauty. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a luxurious in-store experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized and authentic customer service to ensure a unique and memorable experience for each client
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury fragrance and cosmetics products, including their features, benefits, and applications
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products
