About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Make Up & Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Tom Ford Beauty. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a luxurious in-store experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, recommending products and services to meet their individual needs.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our luxury beauty products, including fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
