About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at JBA Consulting. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering environmental enhancement and resilience to climate change projects, primarily in Wales and the Southwest of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets, programmes, change, and risks.
  • Lead and support clients in the management of project costs, programme, risks, and JBA project team delivery.
  • Manage sub-contractors and NEC-form contracts.
  • Deliver accurate cost forecasts and progress reporting.
  • Work with others on project delivery and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project Health and Safety requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in successful delivery of projects, to achieve stated outcomes, complying with health and safety requirements, understanding CDM regulations, and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office applications and project programming software (e.g. MS Project).
  • NEC contract management and financial management skills.
  • Team building and resource management, report writing, and quality assurance.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a BIM Level 2 environment.
