About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Adult Protection Lead Officer. This strategic role will provide support to the East Ayrshire Adult Protection Committee (APC) and its sub-groups, leading on the APC's Strategic Delivery Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the APC's Strategic Delivery Plan
  • Providing support to the East Ayrshire Adult Protection Committee and its sub-groups
  • Collaborating with multi-agency partners to promote public protection
About the Team

The post is hosted within the integrated Protection & Learning Team within East Ayrshire Health & Social Care Partnership. As a key member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other professionals to improve public protection outcomes in East Ayrshire.

What We Offer

This is a full-time permanent post based within the Protection Team. The salary for this position is estimated to be between £46,000 and £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant qualifications and experience in social care or a related field. You must also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others.
