Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Configure systems, working closely with engineers and Sales to train customers, ensuring highest quality standards and meeting timelines.
  • Update system software according to company deadlines, communicating commercial information and opportunities with Sales.
  • Ensure the complete and correct use of the complaint handling software, adhering to quality procedures and work instructions.

You will have:

Your Expertise:
  • A University Degree in Chemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or equivalent in a relevant life science subject.
  • Medical Laboratory experience in Immunochemistry or blood science.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Fluency in English: written and spoken.
  • Ability to be sensitive to diversity in culture, language ability, economic and political constraints, customer expectations, regulatory requirements, etc.
